We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Footwear must be returned in the original, undamaged shoe box.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Lenny's Shoe & Apparel ships exclusively to addresses within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates for Canada are calculated at checkout.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a specific size guide. Since fit can vary between brands like Carhartt, Keen, and Dansko, we recommend checking the brand-specific measurements provided.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
